Accommodation for 6 adults + 2 children under 8 years. We do not accept pets. Constructed on 2 floors, the Condominium has 3 blocks, each with 10 apartments distributed on 2 levels. The look looks of houses, but the inferior properties are completely independent of the superior ones. My "Charming Chalet", the name I adopted for this apartment, is located on the ground floor, 100% accessibility. Fully renovated, modern, decorated. Clear, ventilated and sunny. At its private entrance, it has a backyard restricted to guests with plants and a hammock. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, total of 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and laundry area. In the living room I have 2 sofas with pillows, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dining table with accommodation for 8 people. In suite a queen size bed, 1 single sofa bed, 1 mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning. In the other bedroom a double bed, a bunk bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. In both bedrooms closet with doors / mirror. Modern Kitchen Equipped With Stainless Steel Cooker Hood, Gas CookTop Stove, Electric Oven, Mini Oster Electric Oven, Electric Sandwich Maker, Blender, Filter, Microwave Oven, Duplex Refrigerator, Cookware, Pressure Cookers, Roasters ....... Platters and Tableware. Laundry Service Area. Beautifully Landscaped Condo, 03 BBQ Kiosk, Adult / Child Pool with Waterfall, Game Room, Playground, Ice Machine, Parking, 24hr Security. This space is intended for guests who love and respect nature, seeking tranquility and convenience. The Condominium is just 80m from Enseada Beach and a few meters from a shopping center. Enseada Beach has a wide range of area, natural, clear and calm waters. It has food kiosks. Departure from schooner rides.
